Olivia in Wonderland.

Bienvenidos! I'm Olivia Faulkner. People tell me I have a way with words, but I call that spontaneity. I guess my greatest achievement so far has been having one of my poems being published in a book. Claire Gardner sent me the contest and I entered, and they sent me a congratulations letter three months later. I've never been so ecstatic in my life.

My academic goals? Well, I guess they're just average. I really would prefer to somehow achieve straight A's the next two years of my high school career, but I'd be pretty satisfied with B's too. I haven't at all decided what I want to do with my life. It goes from medical examiner to Spanish teacher to pediatrician to math teacher (call me a nerd but... I kinda love math. And Spanish).

I can't say I had a MOST meaningful moment, but I had several extremely meaningful moments. This summer, Bryce Clay and I went to Holiday World, and I FINALLY convinced him to ride a wooden roller coaster. The only caveat to that is the whole time he'll point out every way possible that you can fall off the ride and die. Although, he says that doesn't even begin to compare to my excessive giggles the whole way around the ride. My family and I also took a week long trip to Florida. Both trips led to an extreme sunburn and little to no tan to my evidently unchangeable pale skin.

Things that make me geek out? I'd have to say Spanish. Spanish has been my favorite subject for the past four years. I love to go to class and learn the language. It comes really easy to me and I hope to go abroad during my college years. Actually, I hope to go to a lot of places. Anyway, it drives me crazy when we go into class and spend a week on something that I've already learned how to do. If it were up to me, I'd be in a totally different class where we spend maybe two days on everything and then move on. I tend to get better grades in my foreign language than I do in my own, and it tends to make much more sense to me in terms of grammar. Even vocabulary is easier for me.
I also REALLY love Adventure Time, John Mayer, Juno, Alice in Wonderland (book and movies) and ANYTHING involving Johnny Depp.

This video has to be the greatest thing that has ever been on the YouTube. Watch it. Seriously.

This is my new baby. Her name is Isabel, and as of today she is fifteen weeks old. We have two other dogs, one is a Cocker Spaniel named Nicki (mom's boyfriend's dog), and the other is a Westie like Isabel and his name is Sidney. Sid and Izzie are INSEPARABLE. They eat together, spend all day playing together, and when they're done with that, they sleep together. I have never seen closer friends.

My favorite website has to be YouTube because, well, without it, that amazing video waaayyy up there would've never been discovered.

So I guess that's it. Thanks :D
