When it comes down to it, no one person is completely evil or completely good. Every person has their own definition of good and evil, and perceives good and evil in a different light. For example Adolf Hitler, a lot of people have called him the "anti-Christ" and has viewed him as one of the most evil and cruel persons in World history. But in his eyes and mind, he was just trying to purify Germany. To get rid of the outsiders so that Germany could once again become a "good" and perfect state.
And then you have Martin Luther King Jr., maybe not the father of civil disobedience, but a firm believer in that practice. He was most definitely not evil, but to some white peoples; especially those of the KKK, he might have been perceived as such. "Coloreds" were thought of as insubordinate, and so for him to lead an uprising of these people for their rights, some people might have thought of him as a bad person or even "evil".
Just to reiterate, everybody has their own perception of good and evil. What's evil to someone might be good to someone else. It all basically comes down to morals, and/or maybe something with the brain.
