I dont think there is only good and evil in the world. Its way more complicated than that. Instead of Leah Klepplinger in the scenario, picture Riley Berryman, a single mom who is working two jobs barely supporting her three kids. Sometimes none of them get to eat for a few days. One day after walking home from walking her kids to school, Riley sees a wallet lying on the ground with $4,600 cash in it. She needs the money for her and her kids' survival, and she knows it. She would, naturally, take it, it being human nature to do what you need to to survive. Yes she is doing a bad thing, but she is doing it for a good reason. 20 years from now, that wallet that you're going to drop that has $4,600 in it that was going to be used to buy an overpriced gift for your daughter's wedding that is barley putting a hole in your pocket as it is, is going to give hope and food to a family in need. But then again, one could say to me, "what is the whole scenario you just described was the same, except instead of Riley buying food or paying the rent on her small apartment, she spends it on alcohol or drugs. There are many people in the world with completely different minds and opinions, and anyone could stumble upon that wallet. What is someone found the wallet and spent it on drugs? Its completely possible of it happening, it has the same likelihoods of that happening than Leah Kleppinger finding it." That is true. I am not saying there aren't any bad people who do bad things for bad reasons. I'm saying along with some people who fit that description, there are bad people who do good things for good reasons, as well as good people who do good things for bad reasons. But it all leads to perspective and which side you are seeing it from. To the first scenario with Riley, it was bad that she took the money, but good that she helped keep her family alive with it. While if you are the person who's money it is and you see them pick it up and run off with it, you cant pay for that gift, and you just lost alot of money. Everything is just based on perspective and point of view.
