This is such a confusing topic to talk about because it's so subjective and not clear cut. The way I've always thought of it, or tried to think of the difference between good is evil is with a sort of scale. Everyone has this sliding scale with good at one end and bad at the other end. Some days, we lean more towards the good scale, which is probably where Leah Kleppinger was the day she found the wallet. Some days, we're more on the evil side, where most of what we do is with evil or selfish intentions. Had Leah Kleppinger been leaning towards the bad side, she would've kept all the money and not returned it. I think that it all depends on situations and what else had been happening. But then, I think of people that we associate as 'bad people', like terrorists or murderers. Where is their good side? Maybe some people are just always on the evil side of the scale with no way to move. I don't think of good and evil as a war between the two, just two different perspectives with one that's pushed towards one extreme and one pushed towards the other. To me, 'good' is being selfless and 'evil' is being selfish. As someone who likes things simple and clear cut, it's a little difficult to define what makes people behave the way they do, but that's just the way it is.
