War

Personally I do not think there is ever a right time for war. If violence is required to conclude an issue, that is a serious problem. Violence and loss of lives should not be needed to come to an agreement or end an argument. This just does not make sense to me. I don’t believe there is ever a time where violence is the answer. Other methods of negotiation and cooperation should be initiated before violence is ever an option. Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t understand why countries and nations feel the need to go to war. I believe in self defense; if one is attacked, he should defend himself, but tireless fighting does not help anything in the end. I understand that violence in our world is inevitable, but I think we escalate the intensity way too much by someone always being at war with someone else.
