Blog #10
As much as I would love to flat out say that war is never the answer, I can't. War alone seems a terrible thing. But in my mind, it can be a very abstract thing; so it's hard to have a completely solid answer as to whether war is right or wrong. In times of protecting humanity, I understand the need for war. However, there are times in history where war was called for questionable reasons. And sometimes, war seems the only answer when it's the last possible way to get a message across. I'm all for the peace and love and harmony, but war can be justifiable at times. Such as in times of defense. I feel there is a responsibility in going to war in times of defending the country. As for alternatives, there are treaties and such that could replace the horror of war. I'm not sure if it would be more effective or less effective as it's not really my call. It all depends on the cooperation of the countries involved.
