Cheese Omelets

How to make cheese omelets

I have an obsession with eggs; Scrambled, fried, boiled, or incorporated into a delectable dish, i don't care. But my all time favorite has always been cheese omelets. Why? They just happen to be the tastiest and the funnest to make. So here's how ya do it:

1) Based on how many people you will be serving, select the number of eggs to use. For 1 person, use two eggs. For 3 people, use five. Use your best judgement.

2) Crack the eggs and place both the egg whites and the yolk into a bowl. Mix thoroughly, making sure to stir through the clumps.

3) Add salt and pepper.

4) Locate the fry pan, heat it, and add vegetable oil onto it. Set it on a medium temperature to let it warm up.

5) Get out green onions, mozzarella and sharp cheese, tomatoes, and anything else you might want in your omelet.

6) Wash the green onions and tomatoes and cut them into bits. Everything is now ready to be put on the frying pan.

7) Slowly spread the mixed eggs onto the frying pan.

8) Sprinkle in the green onions and tomatoes, and apply a thin (or thick if you're a cheese lover) layer of cheese on top of it all.

9) When the edges of the egg are cooked well enough to lift up with a spatula, fold the egg into thirds.

10) Flip a few times and serve!
