In my amazing third period English class, I sit next to Trevor Kennedy and Taylor Hood as well as my special friend, the giant white pole right next to me. I have an interesting relationship with each of these individuals for different reasons but I am confident that my class would not be nearly as interesting without them.
Trevor: I met Trevor on the first day of my freshman year in my homeroom class. Beyond that, I do not really remember interacting with him much until last year in my AP World History class. Last year, due to the lack of real learning going on in the classroom, Trevor and I would spend our days in World History reading the textbook and sometimes playing cards when we were finished instead of talking to others in the class because of pure boredom. During that long year, I learned that Trevor loves everything about UCLA, Chelsea Football Club, and just about everything sports related. Though I cannot really talk to him about sports, we are leaders of the same club (French Club) and he is from California so I always enjoy listening to stories about California (many are actually quite funny). We also are not from Lexington originally so we have that in common as well. I also enjoy talking to Trevor about politics and what he is doing in AP Government because I enjoy politics as well. While we don't share much in common, I know that Trevor will be successful in life because of his determination to succeed and passion for what he believes in.
The white pole: Although I cannot directly interact with the pole, I must say that it serves as a very comfortable headrest and has some smooth paint as well as two electrical outlets. I must say that my experience in English would be very different without the extra room provided to me by the pole.
Taylor: I have known Taylor since my freshman year and typically, we have about two to three classes together per year (this year we have two). She is an amazing fencer and wants to be a doctor like both of her parents (her mom is my doctor). In addition to having many classes together, Taylor and I usually sit near each other because of our last names. Additionally, Taylor is also from California like Trevor so I kind of feel like monkey in the middle between the two Californians (at least the pole isn't from California too!). Taylor and I have talked about many things ranging from college to vocabulary but we primarily discuss what is going on in our lives. I know Taylor is determined to succeed and I am happy to consider her a friend or at least good acquaintance because we know each other pretty well and we don't argue though she does get angry at me sometimes.
Haha Michael thanks:P
