Somewhere in the universe right now, the Doctor is defending the Earth, whether it be from Daleks or Raxicoricofallapatorians. He might also be hanging around with Rose Tyler or Amy Pond, depending on what time stream he may be in. Excuse the Doctor Who ramblings. That's the first and only thing I could think of when asked about the universe. But perhaps tonight someone out there decided to have a go watching Doctor Who for the first time. They would sit down, maybe planning to watch an episode or two, but then get hooked on the lovable characters and endearingly bad special effects, and wind up staying up literally all night finishing the first season. Within a week, he/she will be a full-blown Whovian. Tonight would have been a magical night for this person, the night that brought them into the wide, wonderful world of Doctor Who. I know I still remember the exact night that I decided to take the plunge into the Whoniverse. Ok that's one pun too many. I need to stop now.
