Taylor Hood

I am Taylor Hood. I have three dogs Sophie, Dixie and Trooper. My life consists of school, fencing and friends. Fencing has been a major part of my life since I started the summer before 7th grade. I spend approximately four days (14 hours a week) fencing. I will miss several days of school this year to go to tournaments in St. Louis, Louisville, Baltimore, Reno, Richmond and so forth. I spent a week of my summer at fencing camp from 9-5 every day. Then, the following week I went to Anaheim for fencing. I guess one could say reading horror/ murder investigation/ suspense books “geeks me out.” I honestly have gotten to the point where I can only read books that hold you on the edge the entire time. Hey, UK basketball “geeks me out.” I also enjoy needlepointing (yes I know grandma-like… oh well). I have done two key chains and am working on the picture below. This year I would like to receive straight A’s (maximum 2 B’s). I have an extremely long list of colleges I am considering. Some of which include Washington and Lee, Princeton, Brown, Notre Dame, Northwestern and Temple. Hmmm… what else…. Oh, if I could choose any superpower I would choose…. Flexibility/ the ability to stretch. I would want to be like the mom in the Incredibles. If I had the superpower I would be able to move quickly, squeeze through tight spaces, climb tall buildings and stretch to trip bad guys.
