I want to continue my straight A's since the beginning of high school as well as receive 4s and 5s on my AP exams this year. Additionally, I want to narrow down my list of colleges to a manageable number though I already know my future career path and major choices. I also want to continue my leadership positions in clubs, which are really the only relaxing part of my day until about 9 or 10 PM so I take advantage of being around people with whom I share common interests.
The most meaningful moment of my summer was when I spent two weeks in July at Emory University in Atlanta studying economics. Before I went to Emory, I had never before studied economics and entering into a class with kids from all over the world was a bit intimidating, but I feel like I really grew at Emory as a person and a student. I really got to learn what it is like to be in college and form bonds with professors as well as friendships with other students. The friends that I made at Emory are still some of my best friends even now during the school year though they may live far away.
I love film, especially foreign film, so my favorite website would be https://signup.netflix.com/. In addition to movies, I also love watching Bones and it has become my latest addiction.
If I had a superpower it would probably be the power to fly so I could avoid sitting in traffic or waiting for delayed planes.
This is picture of my brother and I from my family's trip to Germany, Austria, and the Czech Republic in June. If you don't recognize the castle, it is the castle off which Walt Disney designed the Cinderella Castle at Disney World!
