Andrew Polites

Hi my name is Andrew Polites and I feel like I live a pretty spectacular and blessed life. I have my mom and dad and little brother Tom who is in the seventh grade, and I love them more than anything. I went to The Lexington School and still have most of my friends from there so I consider that such a privilege. I try to do the best I possibly can do in academics as does everyone I believe, so I try and make all A’s. I only made one B last year so if I did well this year I will be very pleased with myself. I play golf and baseball for HC so I try to do the best I can in those sports and I play recreational basketball with my friends. The most memorable moments I had in the summer were probably going to the PGA championship and being able to watch a major for the first time. The course was breathtaking and the players were soooo much better than anyone Id ever see play so it was an unforgettable experience. Several things geek me out. I love Harry Potter (the series not the guy) with a passion. This may seem a bit nerdy but Ive either read or listened to the last book of the series at least eight times. I am addicted to these books. Another thing that geeks me out is the tv show suits. Its on the channel USA so it may not be known to some people but I would recommend it to anyone. It is a clever, stylish, and hilarious drama about New York lawyers that my friends and I discovered last summer and we were immediately hooked. If anyone wants to get into a show, the new season comes in January so go buy the first two seasons and become addicted. My favorite website would be www.sporcle.com because I can just get lost in pointless trivia. I also enjoy www.twitter.com because I can keep up with my amigos and occasionally post something mildly amusing.
